Description
This is an image of a cedar waxwing taken in the backyard. These guys make their appearance for a few days and then take off. This spring, there was an abundance of apple blossoms so they stayed for awhile. They will probably be back this fall to eat the apples and the mountain ash berries.

Love the look of waxwing, which I have not seen in Oklahoma, where I live. This one is especially fluffy and nice. The feathers look so soft . Wonderful job of photographing. The color is great. V

Thanks again, Janette! The waxwings finally stayed around for a couple of days this spring and feasted on the apple blossoms. Usually, they return for a bit in the fall on their way south.
