Description
This is an image of a black bear taken in Yellowstone National Park near the Picnic Area. This bear, a sow, had twins and would keep them on the other side of the road up in a tree. She would cross the road for a quick swim to cool off, always keeping an eye on her twins up in the tree. She was a very good mother and was very tolerant of the photographers. One day, when she crossed the road, the ranger said she crawled through an 18" culvert. One thing is for sure, she can't be claustrophobic!
