Shadow metal print by Gerry Sibell. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. This is an image taken at the International Wolf Center in Ely, Minnesota. This is Shadow, who was the alpha male. He has since been put in the retirement area at the IWC. In the wild, an alpha has the option of leaving the pack when he can no longer keep his position. In captivity, this isn't possible so they are separated for their own safety.

Thanks for stopping by. A retired educator, my main focus since retirement has been becoming more serious about photography. My wife and I live in northern Minnesota. Our favorite place to visit and photograph is Yellowstone National Park. My project for the past ten years has been photographing small birds in flight.
